Guaranteed Departures
Unlike many operators, we do not require a minimum number of guests to run our experiences. Once you book, your tour is locked in and guaranteed to depart—even if you are the only person on the tour that day! We will only ever cancel an experience in extreme, unavoidable circumstances where it is physically unsafe or impossible to run. Additionally, for your absolute peace of mind, you will receive your expert guide's direct name and mobile contact details via email the night prior to your tour, ensuring seamless communication on the morning of your adventure.
