Cancellation conditions

Direct bookings

At Urban Tours we know things happen and want to be as flexible as possible.  If you do need to cancel, please let us know outside 12 hours of your booked experience start time to receive a full refund. 

 

In case of cancellation within 12 hours of the time booked or you are a no show, no refund will be given.  Please let us know within 12 hours via email: info@urbantours.com.au

 

Refunds will be made to the original payment option.

Booked through agents

If you have booked through a 3rd party agent, such as an online travel agent or store, their cancellation conditions will prevail Urban Tours conditions.  All refunds will be handled through the 3rd party.

Amendments

Urban Tours  may need to change a booking if unforeseen circumstances arise and the safety of participants are at risk due to extreme weather.  In the case of extreme weather, alternative dates will be arranged.

Who can play a Brisbane Street Game

The game is aimed at people aged 16 and above.  Any participant under the age of 18 will require a legal parent or guardian accompany each team.

​

Participants who are under the influence of drugs and alcohol will be refused to play and cancellation conditions apply.   We can help organise a venue for after the game so you can celebrate.

Please refer to our Frequently asked questions in regards to further terms and conditions of our experiences.  Urban Tours is covered by public liability insurance.  An insurance certificate is available upon request.
